We finally got the download to work thanks to the great support person at Mattel. With the help of a portal jammer (thanks, frogboy, for the idea!), we explored inside the Paradox Green portal and here are some sneak-peak images.

my ubfunkeys wont update. it says to download adobe flash player nd i downloaded it 10 times and nothing happened! someone help plz
i donloaded flash player 10 and i dont see the portal
To fix the Flash player 10 problem, I had to uninstall my current adobe flash player (version 9) from the adobe.com website, then install version 10 from the website. Then I did the UB Funkey download again and it worked. The mattel customer service person walked me through all the steps. I believe I had to restart my computer a couple times during the process. If anyone wants step-by-step instructions on that, I'll try to re-trace what I did and post it. Just let me know & I'll do my best. But calling Mattel's helpline would still be best.

Does anyone know how to find the answers for the Paradox Green Quizes in the flower fields?
is there only 2 different colors of Tadd because that's all i saw in your pics, blue & green
