Hello Funkey Friends! It's been a long time since I've posted anything, and I'm glad to see there are still visitors.
I just received a message from Daniel101 that the official UB Funkey website is still "live" in Spanish.

I've also received messages over the past few months that the server is still working so that you can play games against each other. I don't know about that first hand because we can't run the Funkeys game anymore because we only have Windows 7, and we haven't tried to make it work yet.
Has anyone played lately?

I figured out how to download it on ub funkeys on windows 7, at least windows 7 starter. it should work. so go to http://service.mattel.com/instruction_sheets/FunkeyFAQDownload_Install.pdf and go through it and do what it said (the cd doesn't work i tried it about 5 times total with 3 different cds. Hope it works!
Or you could get a windows xp virtual machine and play it the normal way. Thats what i did

I will try installing on Windows 7 again today. It didn't work before, but we'll see if its working now.

Jenny, It is online in every other language but English last time I checked.
Gregory, You can only get the XP virtual machine made by Windows on Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate, Yes. But you can get and XP Virtual machine for VMware on any computer. It takes a while but is well worth it.
Jenny again, It will never work on Windows 7 without some sort of additional software, so don't waste your time with that.

Just googled funkeys for old times sake, seems like the french site is still up too. Good to see This site is still here :D
If it dies out I'm keeping it aive on minecraft, maybe mattel could give the game to better hands like kingsile then add a littl bit of dueling involved, maybe get rid of the disk o a download, new funkeys nd 3d design, it would be awesome!
OMG I've only had funkeys since oct 2011 but i'm really annoyed coz radica(or whoever it is that controls UB funkeys have stopped me saving my progress!!!!!!!!! :( they've done this 3 times this year boohoo :(

I play every single day, waiting for somone inside a chat room (Hollers)... But no one really comes in, and all my friends are offline... :(
yep there back online and if you want to be friends my name is logonin and ub funkeys are doing very well on ebay and amazon a funkeystown adventure pack sold for one hundred dollars!!!!!!!!! I hope this means they are coming back.

Man I cant even play funkikinislamd anymore my computer got a virus and deleted evrything including ub funkeys and i cant play at funkikinisland or parodox green anymore. Not even the hidden realm and I just bought a hidden realm character!
Well I just ordered a Starter kit to play the game because I had the snow guy (The one with the snowflake face) and I just found out what they were. It should be arriving soon and I hope to have lots and lots of fun!
I just ordered the starter kit off eBay. I already had Flurry and I had no idea what it was (Before) and on March 27 I will have the most fun ever.
Well, just took a nostalgia trip around the UB Funkey blogs of the internet to find that this one is the most active one (as most ended when UB Funkeys was discontinued or sometime in 2008-2009). Although, with comming up on a year of inactivity, I begin to wonder is the blog is still alive?

I miss this ol' place...
I've been trying to get UBF installed on Windows 7... I was able to install a Windows Virtual PC for XP - but the screen is super small and makes it hard to play...

I haven't played funkeys in a while, but I still could if I plugged in my old XP computer, so perhaps some point I'll try to get it running. Alternatively, I could try a virtual machine thing to run it on my Windows 7 computer.
