Looking for more Funkey images

This image was shared by Amanda in Australia who is looking for something similar that lists the Funkiki Island characters. Her kids use this as a chart to mark off the ones they have. Great idea! But now they are looking out for the Funkiki Island series. I haven't seen anything yet, so if anyone has something they can share, we'd all love it!!!!
For an updated checklist as of June 16, 2008, see this post

There is a full checklist with images at ubfunkeys.thespeakeasy.com that lists the Funkiki Island (Series 2) tribes as well as a few more yet to be released tribes...

My son got his first funkeys last month. He discovered them from his friends. He has 5, and 3 more hidden for gifts. I've become interested (addicted??) in finding all the rare and very rare ones at the stores. I'm excited to know that the one I bought today is very rare. Thanks for the info!

I completely understand about the addiction to finding them in the stores. It has become more about the "hunt" than actually playing the games sometimes!

For more rare & very rare information, visit the Terrapinia Library in Funkeystown. For the rare & very rare Speed Racer Funkeys, you can visit the lab in the Royalton Industries Building.

Hi my 2 sons are huge fans of funkeys and have just bought speed racer ones but unfortunately the computers in there rooms are not on the net and they have been playing the regular ones without connecting to the net. Does anyone know if you have to connect the speed racers to the internet for the duration your playing on them as you dont with the regular ones they have been using or can you play them just normally if so how? I have internet obviously! lol! is there anything I can do like download or unlock what they need to play on there computers in there rooms or is it a case of them having to sell them and just carry on with the ones they have been using. Can anyone help as my boys are desperate to find out one way or the other! any help you can suggest funkey fans would be much appriciated

Hey Don,

You only need to connect their computer to the internet long enough to start the game up and have it download all the new updates (including the Speed Racer updates). Then you can disconnect and let them play to their hearts' content.

There is currently no way to download the updates using a different computer.

So bottom line, yes you have to connect for the update. No, they don't' need to stay connected to play.

Here's a tip about the rare & very rare items if no updates have gone through on your sons computer in a while, specifically the 2.6 update that loads the henchman game. Your sons should first buy all the rare & very rare things they want in all the marts before you connect to the internet. There was a glitch that you still might have that will allow you to use one rare or very rare funkey in any mart (once you are in the game/mart place as the right Funkey, you can switch at the mart)
