UB Funkey Passwords ~ write them down!

I received an email this morning from someone whose passwords were no longer filled in automatically. They no longer had the "save password" checked off for a couple of their log in names, and they don't know how that happened. Unfortunately they don't remember their passwords, and didn't fill in the security question when they created their names.

Has anyone else had this problem?

When we login, our passwords have always been saved (checked), so we rely on that. But I have wondered what might happen if it didn't save one day. We have so many log in names that we don't remember all of them. I'm not sure how the security question would work in that case.

So, everyone, you might want to write down your passwords so you don't forget!
{If you do forget your password, you can contact Mattel's customer relations line, the number is in the back of the instruction manual. They can tell you.}

So just wondering if anyone has experience with this, and if there is another way to gain access to recover from that problem.

I just played with my webley on it's game and got 7,964 points and didn't get any coins! Is this a glitch or or is it supposed to happen? It might be because i already have the web shooter. Could you get coins after getting the web shooter?

That happened to us also, a while back. It was after getting the web shooter. But I thought it was a glitch that was fixed with one of the updates because we do earn coins now. Have you been getting all the updates since you started playing?

No I havn't been able to download the updates. I dont think the computer likes the updates because it happened with quite a few of the updates. i don't know why thwy didn't work....

Since this week's upgrade we have been unable to login. Password has always been saved but now, although the pop-up appears and we click on the username and password, it keeps saying "incorrect password". At one point today (doing exactly the same thing as usual) it allowed us login, but later in the day it was back to "incorrect password" again. Can anyone help or has this happened to anyone else?

We had the exact same thing happen with our login. It keeps saying incorrect password. Although, when you check your hint and answer it gives the password we have always used. It's still not letting us in. Any Help?? Thanks!

We have the same problem following an upgrade, it states that the password is incorrect, if we go into the hint page it tells us what the password is but when we entry this on the log-in page it states that the password is incorrect? HELP
