New Funkeys, that is. The buzz has already been out for a while about the Speed Racer series that is due to be released around the time of the Speed Racer movie. And we already know that Dot, Drift, Bandit, and Sprocket are coming because they are in the Terrapinia Library and on the side of the Hub packaging, but we just didn't know when. I spoke to a Mattel Rep. recently who told me that the first 6 Speed Racer Funkeys are due out in April, with another 8 in the Fall. Dot, Drift, Bandit, and Sprocket should be out by the end of the year.

i got a question about these dream state funkeys. Ive heard about these funkeys and wondered where could you get the dream state series online. Or stores. Please reply. Your best friend,klondikezappy.
They aren't available yet. From what I hear, they should be out in August. Augiewan at the Speakeasy blog & Rockycha at Squidoo both have information posted on the Dream State Funkeys. I'll try to post those links soon.
I just wanted to add an update to this. The Dream State series is starting to appear in the Toys R Us stores as of June 13. So far it's only the new hub with Drift & Bones that has been spotted in a few stores.
